PebbleBam is an organized staffing solution for recruiters, HR and contractors in the United States. We’re a social job board that connects contractors and small businesses in the construction industry with construction workers while offering workers a unique way to accept and manage jobs. We solve the lengthy and expensive job posting process by providing real-time communication, organized staffing features, career development and free advertising tools to reach new potential candidates for free to fill roles faster in the United States. Our job board is completely free to use with several ways to communicate until jobs are posted. We reach candidates socially and economically through our social channels like Facebook, LinkedIn and twitter to attracted to new people into blue-collar jobs. We focus where potential candidates are seeking work versus candidates seeking jobs on traditional employment websites.
We simplified the resume process and job search for the employees. We also applied similar social features that we use today into our platform, for example, user profiles, photo albums, resume builder, group chats, reviews, free job sharing, social communication, job search, bookmarks, verified users, badges, company & job dashboard, and much more. Our platform not only serves skilled workers but anyone in the construction workforce from ground level needs, professional, building, transportation, Hvac, underground, mining, asphalt, office work, laborers or any blue-collar type work. We felt it was important to keep the platform simple and easy to navigate for people who may not use technology frequently although the features for recruiters and human resources are effective for hiring and managing workers across projects.
Pebblebam was founded in 2017 and our company currently resides in Phoenix, Arizona at Galvanize and was created by a father and daughter collaboration. The name “Pebblebam” was born in a family kitchen and used for this unique platform by the childhood cartoon program called “The Flintstones.” The idea was remembered by the construction family dynamic and how most remember the family movie. The Founder and CEO Kassidy Hazelton is a industry expert and entrepreneur from Mesa, AZ with a total of 70 years of workforce knowledge with her family tie in the industry.
