The founder took a deep look into the industry and examined very closely on the trends, pains, gains, communication, frustrations within the construction industry and took what everyone used today and simplified the process for non-tech users and combined our social features and much more to give the industry some relief on the workforce crisis.

Bookmarks – is a feature that allows HR or employers to keep current and past candidates organized in the profile dashboard (Suitcase) You do this in our resume tab and you may write a note about that candidate and perhaps save them for an upcoming project.
Job Manager – is a feature in your profile dashboard that gives you easy access to list your jobs and save them if the job was filled as well as reposting it back into our job listings. In the job manager, you can post jobs, archive jobs and bookmark resumes. Fast, Simple, Cost-effective and Time-Saving!
Member Search – is a feature similar to LinkedIn when you want to search a user and or their skills, For example, you can select the skill you are seeking…. “dozer” and all of our users with the keywords dozer will appear. This connection happens when our user registers their skills & experience. From here you can view the candidate and send a message if desired.
Free Job Sharing – is a free service and feature for you to get your job out to potential candidates clickable back to our platform. Listed in your job listing are social links and as long as you are logged in this will attach to your profile and the ad will be created for you. (make sure your logo is in a thumbnail size so you can receive your company advertising.) We also place your jobs aggressively onto Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, our leads and contacts included in our service. Instead of placing your job on a generic job board we thought of a way to reach users where they spend up to 8 hours a day. Your jobs can be listed onto anyone newsfeed, and group chats completely free! Your staff can get involved, family and friends with this free sharing service. You also can copy and paste the URL address into any newsfeed and the ad will be created for you. Don’t forget hashtags as well. #jobs #laborers
Badge Employment Verification – is a new concept to confirm laborers work history as some companies have expressed that this is a current problem within the industry. We apply a badge into the user’s profile once we confirm the work history with the employer. This will require your company logo and the purchase of our badge. Early adopters will receive a discount or free badge on us.
Reviews – is a fun way to help people in the workforce perform better and to apply feedback to help them succeed and grow in the construction industry. It’s similar to fivver for example, you are rating someone’s work.
